What is the difference between SAT and ACT?
A major difference between the tests is the fact that ACT has a complete section devoted to Science that isn’t present within the SAT. Students with a Science background can demonstrate their abilities related to Science subjects with an ACT.
What is the SAT point scale?
Candidates get two scores in each section for Evidence-Based Reading, Writing, and Math. Each score is calculated on a scale ranging from 200-800. These scores are what is known as the SAT score. The score for the entire test ranges between 400 to 1600. In addition, scores for optional Essays are also reported separately.
How many times can I take the SAT?
While you can take the SAT however many times you’d like, we recommend you to do it at a minimum of 2 times, and not more than 3 or 4.
