Akshay is a student at the University of Leicester, UK pursuing his Masters in Engineering. Having studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kerala in Kerala, India, Akshay had a dream to pursue his Master’s in the UK to widen his knowledge and for better exposure. Living in Leicester, UK initially gave him a culture shock, but later he found the place much more enjoyable and found it very easy to adjust to.

Akshay is in his second year in college and is working on his final year dissertation. He is planning to undertake an internship for a few months for work experience and then work full-time for a year.
